Uys pep talks Tracy about Tertius and she takes a big step. Naomi gets somewhat restless in her current job, and Ciska discovers Sam has bigger problems than anyone suspects.

Ciska asks Sam about his nightmare, Tertius and Tracy both want to move on, and Naomi wants to be a nurse again.

Tertius discovers where Tracy and Leah are living, and Ciska tries to force Sam to reveal the truth about his situation. Love is in the air!

Ciska has something up her sleeve, but is caught red-handed. Brenda threatens to stop Sam's treatment, and a certain couple renew their vows during an emotional ceremony.

Sam's port wine birth mark causes more chaos in several people's lives. Karen's struggle with events in her recent past drive her to extremes, and Tracy is forced to face reality.

Steve and Nicolette cross swords over Bronwyn, Tracy battles to find a sitter for Leah, and Tertius thinks they should look at other options. Delia tries to convince Conrad and Steve to appoint Naomi in a new position.

Delia surprises Naomi with a work proposal that she cannot, and will not refuse. Tracy has to make a difficult decision regarding Leah, and Bronwyn is confronted with the stark reality of a care unit.

Ella makes Robert an impromptu offer that she almost immediately regrets. Steve’s career decision comes as a surprise to everybody, and Tracy wages a semi-manic war against peanuts.

Ella tries to take back her offer, Nicolette is shocked when she finds out about Steve’s decision, and Tracy feels despondent after a visit to Leah’s pediatrician.

One of Binneland’s doctor’s starts saying goodbye, Ella and Uys are at loggerheads about LJ, and everyone is more supportive than Tracy expected.

Tracy and Kristien are very nervous before Fiona’s course, and Ella is cautious about her new flatmate. Thalia and LJ share an awkward moment.

Uys gives Ella advice about LJ, and Naomi is concerned about Thalia’s relationship with LJ. Conrad asks for Delia’s advice regarding an unexpected offer, and Nicolette is frustrated with her situation.

At tries to convince Laetitia to go through with an operation, Ella is on the back foot when LJ stirs up trouble at school, and Delia is curious about a case Lukas is working on.

LJ refuses to be honest with Ella, and Nicolette hears a famous surgeon is coming to talk to the registrars. Lukas is getting closer to finding Laetitia, and Delia still does not know that Laetitia is At’s wife.

Naomi and Louis forbid Thalia from having anything to do with LJ, and Max is impressed by Nicolette’s quick action. At puts plans in place to hide Laetitia, and Lukas has a narrow escape.

Nicolette proves herself to be quite the operator in her attempt to ensure that she qualifies for the January intake of registrars, and Delia is shocked when her suspicions regarding Gretha Havenga are confirmed.

Delia wants to confront Conrad about Laetitia, Thalia tries to convince LJ that he needs to tell Ella the truth, and a nervous Annetjie prepares for the knit-marathon.

Things are not looking great for Nicolette, Laetitia tells her side of the story, and Ella has had enough of LJ.

At and Conrad lie to Lukas to lead him off Laetitia’s track, and Tracy hears Gaby is coming to visit. Ella tries to convince Naomi that LJ wants to make things right with Thalia.

Elise decides it is time for Annetjie and Dricus to meet. Tertius asks Lukas for help, and Tracy hears interesting news.

Tracy makes a decision that goes against Tertius's grain. Delia has to call "halt" when another big decision is proposed, and Elise is grateful that both of her friends' hearts are whole again.

Joe’s heart goes out to an assault patient, and Sally mistakes Ella for Marissa. Tracy is upset with Tertius, and Uys annoys Nicolette to no end.

Uys feels guilty when he hears that Nicolette’s grandmother is sick. Sally refuses to believe Ella is not Marissa, and Max feels he should push Joe harder – but Joe is not sure he wants to be a surgeon.

Tracy’s concern over Leah’s crankiness drives Tertius up the wall. Nicolette snubs Uys when he tries to reach out to her. Sally puts more pressure on a stressed out Ella.

Yvonne informs Ella about Sally’s unsavory past, and Nicolette is desperately looking for a fake fiancé. Tracy is still convinced that Leah is not well.

Tracy asks if Kristien can look after Leah, and Uys agrees to help Nicolette. Ella wants to read her sister’s letters.

Ella is unsure whether she should help Yvonne, but decides to meet with Sally. Uys enjoys his new role as “fiancé”, and Tracy has a tough time with Leah, but refuses to tell Tertius about it.

Delia ruffles Tracy’s feathers, and Uys mentions something which gives Tertius an idea. Nicolette becomes more indebted to Uys, and Ella nearly makes a mistake.

Tertius tests the waters regarding the possibility of role play with Tracy. The plan to pretend that Nicolette is Uys’s fiancé takes an unexpected twist. Joe comes to Ella with a suggestion.

Bets is not impressed with Conrad’s new love interest, Joe and Nicolette are getting on each other’s nerves again, and Riekie blames her dad for everything.

A hospital rule has far reaching consequences for Riekie. Conrad is not at ease with the real reason for Bets’ visit, and Max’s attempts to reconcile with the Oliviers fail.

Esra desperately wants to find something at the creche, Naomi thinks Louis’ behavior is bizarre, and Henry invites Ella for drinks at his new penthouse.

Tertius and Tracy hit the pause button, Naomi receives strange messages, and Nina gets suspicious of Father Christmas.

Christmas has arrived and Annetjie makes an unusual connection with someone on Christmas Day.

Annetjie feels hurt because Elise is ignoring her, and Esra finds out Jonas has been attacked and is in a critical condition. Cecile and Bonnie make a bet.

Esra receives shocking news, Uys suspects Elise might be missing and gets worried. 2024 ends well, albeit quietly, for Tracy and Tertuis.

Elise finally arrives home, Bonnie realises Karen may have a new boyfriend and Delia asks Louis to help with an emergency. Laetitia’s health is waning fast.

Uys is puzzled by Cecile’s strange behavior towards him. Louis is worried about the upcoming court trial, and Elise invites Annetjie for dinner in an attempt to restore the peace.

Laetitia is refusing to be operated on and Delia attempts to intervene. Elise gets the shock of her life when visiting Home Affairs and Louis is prevented from visiting his mother in London.

Laetitia makes an important decision and Henry avoids Ella. Elise’s next visit to Home Affairs does not have a positive outcome and Louis is being threatened.

Elise tries to get legal advice and Louis tries his best to get Naomi out of the country. Laetitia has not woken up.

Louis becomes worried that the organ-syndicate is still active. Elise is surprised when she learns she might have a guest from Italy and it looks like Rian might finally have his eye on a lady again.

LJ finds something that might help them to locate Emile and Louis receives mysterious phone calls. Uys and Cecile play cat and mouse, and At fears for Laetitia’s health.

Louis is getting more desperate and LJ suspects there is more brewing between Ella and Rian than Ella is willing to admit. Elise gets to know Marco and is all the more intrigued by him.

It is the launch of Binneland’s new ER. Marco succeeds in charming even Uys off his feet and Louis suspects the worst when he receives news about Emile.

Riekie wants to flee from everybody after an incident at Mimi’s. The new ER can’t accommodate the overflow of patients, and Joe suspects what is causing Mercia’s pain.

Riekie discovers shocking news, and Mercia makes a new friend - Francie. Delia’s head is spinning, and Ella and Henry are trying to hold things together.

Mercia gets new medication, but Louis feels uneasy about the situation. LJ feels more and more disturbed and emotional about Riekie, and Sally gives her helper his final instructions.

Louis and Mercia seem to be on the same page, and Delia appoints someone to help her with the ER crisis. Riekie realises that Ella is in danger.

Amor’s appointment ruffles a few of Binneland’s staff’s feathers. Mercia gets a new idea to entertain the elderly at Eikehof, and Lukas arrives with someone at Conrad and Delia’s.

Mercia comes up with a brilliant plan to help the Eikehoffers, but Francie is not impressed. Delia is delighted that Lukas has apparently finally found love, and Rian surprises Delia by not being onboard with her newest plan.

Mercia believes her plans to make money will be to the benefit of the Eikenhoffers. Riekie wants to start making amends, and Conrad starts to wonder about Lukas’ girlfriend.

Conrad notices everything is not as it seems with Imke. There is an explosion in Pretoria and the ER is overwhelmed. Mercia is selling “patterns” Tonik.

Amor and Nicolette are getting more friendly, and Henry lays his heart bare. Conrad questions Lukas’ relationship.

Mercia's embarrassment forces her to want to flee back to England. Binneland’s new couple decides to be honest with the younger generation, and Nicolette thinks she recognizes someone in the Koster-household.

Imke is worried that her true identity will be revealed, and Amor has good advice for Rian. Henry is happy that things are finally starting to work for Riekie.

Nicolette confirms Conrad’s suspicions about Imke, and Uys starts showing an unexpected softer side. Mercia goes to view an available townhouse at Eikehof.

Conrad finds out more about Desiré, and LJ and Riekie begin to trust each other more. Mercia decides, against her will, to move to Eikenhoff, and but Francie gives her a reason to be excited.

Conrad confronts Lukas about the lies he told them, Uys goes the extra mile to make Leah’s gift special, and Riekie takes LJ’s advice.

It is Leah’s birthday, and Uys’ gift is very thoughtful. Lukas tells Conrad the truth, and Kristien shares upsetting news with Delia.

Mercia moves into her new place at Eikehof. Uys lands in hot water over a video, and Amor has a new suggestion to solve Binneland’s patient crisis.

Tracy considers taking a new class. Mercia had a bad first night, and Delia is livid with Lukas.

LJ has a better connection with Riekie than with Thalia, and Delia is anxious about admitting someone under a false name. Louis wants Mercia to see a psychologist.

Thalia and LJ are upset about a fight, and Riekie helps LJ come to a realization. Rian and Delia are not seeing eye to eye about Amor, and Desiré does something that has unforeseen consequences.

Everybody is concerned about Uys’ baby fever, and Louis is summoned to Eikehof after Mercia’s raucous party. Desiré fights for her life.

A dangerous plan is devised and carried out to save a patient's life. LJ ponders a disturbing confession he wants to make, and Uys' latest plans for the future upset his friends.

Rian is highly upset with Delia, and Thalia plans a special date night for her and LJ. Tracy asks Uys a big favor.
